Two Premier Leagues Clubs Are Tracking Sheffield United Starlet With Key Decision Expected On His Future Soon

Liverpool and Newcastle are keeping tabs on Sheffield United striker Will Osula, according to reports in the local media.

Everton have previously watched the Danish youth international but it is now believed that their Merseyside rivals, along with the Magpies, are tracking his progress closely.

Osula made five appearances for the Blades at the back end of last season but the club’s coaching staff are weighing up whether he should be loaned out in order to gain more first-team experience.

The likeliest destination is League One side Burton Albion. The Brewers’ manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink played an important role in aiding Daniel Jebbison‘s development during a similar loan spell last season, and United are keen to replicate that success with Osula.

Of course, interest from Premier League teams means there are question marks about how long the club can keep hold of the player, even if they do loan him this summer.
