Transfer News: Villa Eye 18-Goal Midfielder, Brighton Keen On Belgian League Ace While Clubs Battle For £3m Rated League One Wide Man

Brighton and Aston Villa are both keeping tabs on Blackburn Rovers midfielder Bradley Dack, according to reports in the UK.

The 25-year-old, who was linked with a move to West Ham in the January transfer window, scored 18 goals in the Championship last season, as well as laying on 10 assists.

The Villans and the Seagulls are also reportedly battling to sign Racing Genk striker Mbwana Samatta.

The two clubs, along with Watford, Burnley and Leicester City, are believed to be monitoring the 26-year-old who scored 32 goals last season.

Samatta could cost as much as £12m, with Brighton apparently the frontrunners for the Tanzania international.

Wigan and Millwall will go head to head in the race to secure the signing of Portsmouth winger Jamal Lowe, according to reports.

Pompey are said to be holding out for £3m and they have already rejected a £1.5m bid from the Latics for the 24-year-old who has one-year remaining on his contract at Fratton Park.
