Tottenham Join United And Arsenal In Pursuit Of £18m Rated Ex Sheffield United Ace

Former Sheffield United forward Che Adams is being tracked by a host of Premier League clubs including Arsenal and Manchester United, according to reports.

The 22-year-old, who left Bramall Lane two and a half years ago, has been ripping up the Championship this season having scored 19 goals in 32 appearances for Birmingham.

The Blades have a 20% sell-on clause for Adams, and with the Blues reportedly demanding as much as £18m for the striker, United could bag up to £3.6m from any sale.

In addition to Manchester United and the Gunners, Tottenham have also reportedly joined the race for the Blues ace, as well as the likes of Burnley and Southampton.

The Clarets made a £9m offer for Adams in the January transfer window, only to be told by Birmingham that he was worth double that amount.

The Midlands club were reluctant to sell the forward last month as they wouldn’t have been able to replace him due to a transfer embargo.
