Sheffield United Battling Three Championship Teams For 21 Year Old Lighting Up League Two

Sheffield United are one of four Championship clubs chasing Lincoln winger Harry Anderson, according to reports in the UK.

Blackburn Rovers, Preston North End and Norwich are also reportedly keen on the 21-year-old who has performed well in League Two this season.

Anderson only joined Lincoln from Peterborough in the summer but he has been a key figure in the Imps’ superb start to the 2018/19 campaign.

After 17 games played, Danny Cowley’s side are top of the table, with Anderson having featured in every game this season.

In all competitions, the wide man has scored three goals and provided three assists in 21 appearances. They’re not hugely impressive figures but his performances have caught the eye of the Blades.

Manager Chris Wilder may be looking to strengthen his options out wide, although it must be said that Anderson is ostensibly a winger, and wouldn’t be suited to playing in United’s 3-4-3 as a wingback.
