Norwich V Sheffield United: Preview, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder was left fuming after they lost 2-0 to Newcastle last night. The Magpies’ second goal was hugely controversial after Jonjo Shelvey was adjudged not to be offside by VAR.

The Blades won’t have much time to dwell on the defeat, though, with their next game coming against Norwich at Carrow Road on Sunday. Daniel Farke’s side are coming off a loss to Southampton but they have beaten Everton away and drawn at home to Arsenal recently.

United have a fully fit squad for the game, but Wilder is expected to rotate his side with the games starting to come thick and fast.

Sheffield United’s Predicted XI To Face Norwich:

Henderson, Baldock, Basham, Egan, O’Connell, Stevens, Lundstram, Freeman, Fleck, McGoldrick, Mousset

The Canaries’ injury crisis has now begun to clear up but they still have a few fitness concerns heading into the weekend. Grant Hanley is a major doubt with a groin injury, while Timm Klose (knee) and Josip Drmic (thigh) remain on the sidelines.

Norwich’s Predicted XI:

Krul, Aarons, Zimmermann, Godfrey, Lewis, Amadou, Buendia, Trybull, Cantwell, Pukki, Hernandez

The bookmakers have United as favourites with Unibet pricing them at 7/5 to get the win. A draw is 5/2 with Bet365 while a victory for Norwich is 23/10 at Betfair.

Predicted Score – 1-0 to Sheffield United
