Sheffield United fans celebrated their tight 1-0 win over Bristol City on Tuesday evening – the victory puts the Blades within touching distance of a return to the Premier League.
While some fans feel that United have now done enough to secure promotion, others are not so sure. While a top-two finish is firmly within their hands, the season isn’t over yet.
Additionally, the Blades massive heaped praise on Manchester City loanee James McAtee, who scored United’s only goal of the game – it could be the goal that sees them get back into England’s top flight.
Shout out to Davies who was superb tonight!

Only Sheffield United fans can be 10 points clear with 4 games to go and still feel uncomfortable 🤣
Myself included.

In the game against Bristol City, the scores were level for the majority of the contest. United were the dominant team, but were also playing cautiously, as to not let the Robins catch them out on the break.
In the end, United’s patience paid off, as McAtee scored in the 77th minute to send Bramall Lane into raptures. City couldn’t find a response and the Blades picked up the three points.
The win sees Sheffield United move eight points clear of third place, with just four games left to go. Can the Blades seal the deal?
