Everton V Sheffield United: Team News, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder felt his team should have got something out of their game against Southampton last weekend. The Blades had a number of chances and could have been awarded a penalty.

Their opponents on Saturday, Everton, are coming into the game off the back of a disappointing away defeat at Bournemouth, but they are hard to beat at Goodison Park and it will be a tough game for United.

Wilder will be without captain Billy Sharp after he was sent off against the Saints, while Mohamed Besic is ineligible to play versus his parent club. Kean Bryan remains sidelined with a knock.

Sheffield United’s Predicted XI To Face Everton:

Henderson, Baldock, Basham, Egan, O’Connell, Stevens, Lundstram, Fleck, Norwood, McBurnie, Robinson

Everton are currently sweating over the fitness of Richarlison who was substituted with ten minutes to go against the Cherries due to a tight hamstring.

Andre Gomes (ribs) and Jean-Philippe Gbamin (thigh) are unavailable, while reserve goalkeeper Jonas Lossl (calf) is also out of contention.

Everton’s Predicted XI:

Pickford, Coleman, Keane, Mina, Digne, Schneiderlin, Delph, Iwobi, Sigurdsson, Bernard, Calvert-Lewin

The bookies have Everton as favourites to get the win. They are 4/6 odds-on with Coral with a draw 29/10 at Unibet. A victory for the Blades is 21/4 with BetVictor.

Predicted Score – 2-1 to Everton
