The veteran forward has hit the back of the net 22 times in the Championship this season, just two behind the league’s top goalscorer: Norwich City’s Teemu Pukki who has scored 24.
Manager Chris Wilder has used Sharp more sparingly in recent weeks, with his last goals coming in the remarkable 3-3 draw against Aston Villa at the beginning of February.
Sheffield United supporters will be hoping he can return to his prolific best between now and the end of the campaign, to help fire the Blades into the Premier League.
