Blades And Two Other PL Clubs Weigh Up Swoop For Turkish Troublemaker

Sheffield United are interested in signing Celta Vigo winger Emre Mor, according to reports in England.

The Blades have been joined by the two other promoted clubs, Norwich City and Aston Villa, in pursuing the Turkish international.

Mor signed for Celta from Borussia Dortmund for £11.7m two years ago but disciplinary problems have meant that the playmaker has barely featured for the Spanish club.

The 21-year-old has made just 39 appearances in total for Celta, with just 12 in all competitions last campaign.

Mor has been widely touted as a star of the future but he has only made 71 senior appearances in his career due to fallouts with a number of managers.

Celta are said to be so keen to get him off their books that they could sell him for a bargain price this summer. Whether Blade boss Chris Wilder would be the one to straighten him out, we shall see.
