Sheffield United are one of three Premier League clubs interested in Olympiakos centre-back Pape Abou Cisse, according to reports in the Greek media.

The Senegalese international is also being pursued by both Wolves and Crystal Palace who have been impressed with the 6ft 5in defender’s performances in Greece this season.

Cisse has not been available for most of the campaign, picking up an injury which kept him out for four months between mid-September and mid-January.

However, he is part of a team that has gone unbeaten in the Greek Super League this season, as well as making it to the last 16 of the Europa League.

In the last round against Arsenal, Cisse scored the opening goal in the second leg, helping his side beat the Gunners 2-1 after extra time.

The 24-year-old has been at Olympiakos for almost three years, having been signed from French club Ajaccio for just £700k, but it seems his value has skyrocketed, with his price tag now believed to be €20m (£17.6m).
